Super Bowl LXI is on Sunday, February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Once the conference championships are decided, the odds board above switches to the game itself: the line, the total, MVP odds and the biggest prop menu of the year.
The Super Bowl is the single busiest betting day of the year in Canada. Plenty of people bet one NFL game all season and this is it, which is a big part of why the lines and props behave the way they do.
Super Bowl futures are open year-round. Next season's prices usually go up as soon as the previous Super Bowl ends, and they move all season with injuries, trades, coaching changes and results. The favourites usually sit somewhere around +500 to +800; the long shots run to several hundred to one.
A $20 bet on a team at +800 returns $160 profit if they win it all, but your money is tied up until February and most of the field won't get there. The upside is price: a contender you like in October will usually be a much shorter number by Wild Card Weekend. And if your team does reach the Super Bowl, you can hedge by betting the other side on the moneyline.
See the rest of the season-long markets on the NFL futures page, including division winners, odds to make the playoffs and the regular-season NFL MVP.
The AFC and NFC Championship games are on January 31, and the Super Bowl line goes up once both have finished: a point spread, a total and a moneyline. Then come two weeks with no football, so every injury update and every dollar of public money moves the number.
The favourite gives up points and the underdog gets them. Key numbers matter as much here as in any NFL game: a Super Bowl spread sitting on 3 is a very different bet from one at 2.5 or 3.5. Our point spread guide covers the basics, and you can buy points to move off a key number.
Pick the winner. Overtime counts, and in the playoffs both teams are guaranteed a possession in overtime. Most recent Super Bowl spreads have been inside a touchdown, so backing the underdog outright on the moneyline is a popular play.
Over or under the combined points line. SoFi Stadium sits under a fixed translucent roof, so rain isn't a factor and wind is far less of one than in an open stadium. The total comes down to the matchup, the pace and how the two defences have played in January. Overtime counts.
A team can also play this game at home. SoFi is home to the Rams and Chargers, and the Rams won Super Bowl LVI there in February 2022. If either reaches LXI, expect that to show up in the line.
The Super Bowl prop menu is the biggest of the season, and it fills out once the matchup is known.
Passing, rushing and receiving yards, completions, receptions, anytime and first touchdown scorers, sacks and interceptions. The Prop Builder lets you create your own player and head-to-head props, and Same Game Parlays combine props with the spread and total in one bet.
First team to score, first scoring play, will there be a safety, will the game go to overtime, longest touchdown and the winning margin.
Then there's the part of the board aimed at the people at the party who don't watch football: the coin toss, the length of the national anthem, the colour of the Gatorade poured on the winning coach and the halftime show. They're close to coin flips and priced that way, so treat them as entertainment and keep the stakes small.
Super Bowl MVP is the player of the game, picked by a media panel (80% of the vote) and fans (20%) during the fourth quarter. It isn't the NFL MVP, which is the regular-season award. Quarterbacks have won it more than half the time, and only once, in Super Bowl V, has it gone to a player on the losing team, so Super Bowl MVP odds track the moneyline closely, with the winning team's quarterback usually the favourite.
Non-quarterbacks win it when the game turns on defence or the running game. Kenneth Walker III's 135 yards in Super Bowl LX made him the first running back to win since Terrell Davis in Super Bowl XXXII, on a night Seattle's defence and kicker did most of the scoring.
Two weeks of build-up means the Super Bowl line has priced in almost every piece of news by kickoff, and it's the most heavily bet game of the year. There are still edges, mostly away from the side and total.
The best prices on a Super Bowl winner come before the market agrees with you. A team you rated in October will be a far shorter price in January.
Recreational money piles onto the favourite and the over, and into parlays built around them. If the line moves the other way while most of the tickets are on the favourite, bigger bets are on the underdog.
Books post hundreds of Super Bowl props and can't sharpen every one the way they do the spread and total. That's why experienced bettors spend most of Super Bowl week on the prop menu, matching player lines to the matchup: a defence that can't stop the run is a reason to look at the other team's running back.
Coin toss, anthem and Gatorade bets are fine for a laugh. Stake them like a party game, not like a position.
With the coin toss, first-half props, live odds and a halftime show, it's a long night of betting. Decide what you'll spend before kickoff, and don't chase.
Once the game starts, live odds update after every drive, turnover and score, with quarter and half markets alongside. The halftime show makes the break far longer than a normal game's, which gives you more time with the second-half lines. Find it all on the live betting page. Cash Out is available on singles and parlays before and during the game, and the football live betting rules explain how in-game bets settle.
Ozoon prices everything in Canadian dollars, with odds in American format to match the broadcast. Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, card or crypto. For bigger tickets, Parlay Protection covers qualifying parlays that miss by one leg, and SGP Protection covers qualifying Same Game Parlays of four legs or more. Check the terms for each, and see the Promotions page for what's running in Super Bowl week.

The Super Bowl should be fun, not a way to make money. Only bet what you can afford to lose, and take a break if it stops feeling like entertainment.
